One workspace for technical groups

The way committees actually work together.

Programs, meetings, documents, presentations, votes, and the people running them — in one place, instead of scattered across a dozen email threads. Built for standards bodies, committees, symposia, and working groups.

AI didn’t just arrive — it’s been here all along. The point isn’t to hand the work to a model; it’s to give the people doing the work better tools, and keep the expert in charge.

What’s inside

Everything a group needs to run itself.

Each capability is a module you can turn on per group — a symposium uses the program tools; a committee leans on meetings and balloting; a workgroup lives in documents and discussion.

Dashboards

A separate space per committee, sub-committee, symposium, or workgroup — each with its own members, tools, and admins.

🗓

Program & speakers

Build a running order with computed times, track speaker confirmations and readiness, and export the official program.

Present from the app

Upload a deck, present or practice on your computer, and drive the slides from your phone — pointer, notes, and backup slides included.

Meetings & governance

Run a meeting with an agenda, check-in, straw polls and votes, floor management, and minutes — as formal or as light as you want.

Members & invites

Invite people, set roles, and manage who belongs to what — global admins for the platform, local admins for their own group.

🗂

Documents & resources

Keep the group’s files and a shared reference library in one place — versioned, searchable, tied to the work.

💬

Messaging, not inboxes

Conversations live next to the thing they’re about, so decisions don’t get lost in email.

🧩

Configurable

Turn features on or off per group and pick a meeting style — the app fits the way your organization already works.

Your first five minutes

Try it like you’d really use it.

You’ll enter as yourself (so we can say hello and you can message us back). Then poke around — it’s a sandbox with sample data you can’t break.

01

Step in

Enter your name and email below. We email you a one-tap sign-in link — click it on any device (no password) and your workspace opens.

02

Look around

Switch between the sample dashboards in the bar up top. Open the Start Here committee to see members, documents, and discussion.

03

Make it yours

Hit + New to spin up your own group — a committee, sub-committee, or workgroup. You’re its admin.

04

Bring someone in

Invite a colleague to your group by email, hand them a role, and start a discussion or a meeting.

05

Run a meeting

Open Present or Meetings, load a deck or an agenda, and see the live-meeting tools — check-in, polls, and minutes.

06

Say hello

Post in the Start Here discussion — that thread reaches Michael directly. Questions or interest? That’s the fastest way to reach us.

A note before you do

This is an early, in-development demo of MAI-Collaborate — a platform I build and run independently. It’s here so you can feel how it works, not to sell you anything today.

  • The sign-in link is the real thing — it’s how members connect a device to a workspace, no passwords to manage.
  • Everything you see is sample data; the workspace resets from time to time.
  • Once you’re in, you can invite a colleague — they’ll get their own link, just like you did.
  • Interested in using this for your organization? Message me inside the app — post in the Start Here discussion and it reaches me directly.
